Hollister-Stier, its subsidiaries, affiliates and authorized agents endeavor to collect and maintain only information that is accurate, complete, and current. Hollister-Stier collects and stores Personal Health Information (PHI) as defined under the HIPPA in accordance with industry standards including password protection, limited access and separate storage. However, Hollister-Stier is committed to informing a party within twenty-four (24) hours if PHI has been inadvertently disclosed.
