| Browser Requirements for Online Applications |
|
| Browsers must run client javascript JavaScript and allow pop-up
windows. Below are two simple steps to determine if your browser supports
javascript JavaScript and pop-up windows. |

If your browser has JavaScript enabled then the word 'working' will
appear in the box to the right. If the word 'problem' appears, consult the
troubleshooting section below titled "How do I enable JavaScript."

Click on the link to the right, a pop-up window should appear. If no pop-up
windows appears consult the troubleshooting section below titled "Pop-up
Blockers". |

How do I enable JavaScript?
The following instructions describe how to enable JavaScript in your browser.
Internet Explorer (6.0)
-
Select Tools
from the top menu.

Choose Internet Options.
-
Click Security.
-
Click Custom Level.
-
Scroll down till you see section labeled Scripting.
-
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and
click OK.
Internet Explorer (7.0)
-
Select Tools > Internet Options.
-
Click on the Security
tab.
-
Click the Custom Level
button.
-
Scroll down to the Scripting
section.
-
Select Enable for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets.
-
Click OK.
-
Select YES
if a box appears to confirm.

Click OK. Close window.
-
Reload page.
Mozilla Firefox (1.0)
-
Select Tools
from the top menu.
-
Choose Options.
-
Choose Web Features
from the left navigation bar.
-
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript and click OK.
Mozilla Firefox (2.x)
-
Open Firefox.
-
On the Tools menu, click Options.
-
Click Content in the Options
list.
-
Under the Content section, check the box next to Enable
JavaScript.

Click the Advanced button to open the Advanced JavaScript
Options
box.
-
Check the appropriate boxes under Allow scripts to.
-
Click OK.
-
Click OK.

Pop-up Blockers
Adding Hollister-Stier.com to your allow sites (Internet
Explorer).
-
On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker,
and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
-
In the Address of Web site to allow box, type in "hollister-stier.com"
and then click Add.

Click Close.
-
Reload the page.
Adding Hollister-Stier.com to your allow sites (Google
Toolbar).

While on this page click Popup Blocker
button on the Google toolbar.

The button text will change to read "Allow site popups," indicating that the
Popup Blocker is disabled on the site in question.

FireFox).

On the Tools menu, click on Options and press
the Web Features
button.

Press the Allowed Sites
button next to Block Popup Windows

In the Address field of the web site box, type in "hollister-stier.com" and
then click Allow.

or Turn off the pop-up blocker
Internet Explorer SP2 includes the ability to block pop-up windows. To
turn off the Pop-Up Blocker, follow these steps:

On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet
Options . Click the Privacy
tab.

In the Pop-Up Blocker section, click to clear the Block
pop-ups
check box.

Click Apply.

Click OK .
