At HollisterStier we sincerely strive to be responsive to our clients and meet timelines. The first step in ensuring a successful project is for you and HollisterStier to perform a thorough evaluation of your project. We find the following process flow sequence most effective:

1. Execute a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement
2. Client completes HollisterStier's Project Questionnaire and provides supporting documentation
3. HollisterStier hosts a detailed project discussion by conference call or client visit. The following HollisterStier departments are usually represented at the project discussion:
   
   • Business Development
   • Quality Unit
   • Engineering
   • Validation
   • Process Development/Manufacturing
   • Regulatory
     
4. Produce a quote; depending on the complexity of the project the initial quote may be preliminary. A final quote will be produced following a visit to HollisterStier to discuss the project
5. Accept quote contingent upon outcome of quality audit
6. Schedule quality audit

After completing the aforementioned items, HollisterStier will host a project kick-off meeting. Representatives from HollisterStier and the contract client attend the kick-off meeting. The goal of the meeting will be to provide an itemized and detailed listing of each step necessary to ensure a successful project.
